Doug's Future Dive Plans

Wow!  2011 is right around the corner.  It just amazes me how fast time flies the older I get.  But alas, that means a diving vacation is "hiding" behind the next corner.  So what’s my next diving hangout going to be next year, 2011?  Well, I am headed for 10 days on a diving liveaboard in the Solomon Islands!  Yeah!! Can you see me jumping up and down like a little boy in a candy store?  Well, that is me!!  What is so cool about this diving liveaboard is that this is a PHOTO EXPEDITION.  Which means us divers are going to have a professional photographer hone our underwater photography skills.  Plus in the process will be learning about the vast variety of sea creatures of that area.  I can’t wait!!

Then I will be flying down to Bali, Indonesia to meet up with my good friend and JIS high school grad (Jakarta, Indonesia) David.  David owns and runs his dive shop in Bali and you can find him at his web site at http://www.bali-diving-bp.com/ .  We are going to spend a few days diving the Komodo islands and then heading out more west to dive at a great dive resort he knows about.   

Oh yeah, I forgot.  In February I am headed to the Bahamas to do some diving before an insurance conference kicks into high gear.  Well, now for some great night dreams of diving and getting some dreamy underwater photos!
